- Planning / Production
- Communication with all acts including my own team
- Meetings with committee / lighting / sound representatives / acts / my own team
- Drafting documents for distribution on important information
- Writing up routines / times / acts sequence / entrances / exits / prep for host
- Following up on acts requirements / music
- Preparation for Rehearsals / planning timed slots for rehearsals and full run through
- Briefing notes throughout rehearsal for debriefing
- Choreographing routines – all done from scratch by myself, Paula. From visual to reality.
- Directing rehearsals / acts – leading communications during these
- Uniform preparation – time to get me ready
- Performing! All the hard work is done – now for the easy part – enjoy and let the music guide us through the performance
THE FORCE 
Being part of the committee running The Ballymoney Charity Tattoo on 31st March & 1st April 2023, I was so pleased that Paula agreed to take on the role as Choreographer for this event.
Paula from the outset demonstrated nothing other than the utmost professionalism in every aspect. To Paula absolutely nothing was a problem, she was very courteous and always at the end of the phone doing her best to ensure the event would be a total success and left no stone unturned to ensure this certainly happened.
This event would not have been the success it was, without Paula’s sheer skill and expertise, her choreography which was demonstrated to the highest precision was enjoyed by a packed venue each evening. Paula ensured that every act which had taken part were timed to perfection to ensure the audience had a brilliant experience.
If any of you are ever considering running an event and need the skills and input of someone then do not hesitate to contact Paula, and chose The Force to be a major part of your event.
